Sam Gizzi, Partner, CPA, MBA, CHFP

Sam Gizzi has over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, tax, and business management.  Sam is a licensed CPA in the State of Michigan. He has worked with both large and small businesses involved in healthcare, hospitality industry, real estate and construction.

Sam been preparing personal and business tax returns since 1978.

Sam specializes in helping new businesses get started.  He has successfully started, owned and operated several of his own companies and he was the original founder and developer of a major Michigan healthcare plan.  He has also worked for several healthcare systems, healthcare plans, hotels, restaurants and a real estate company. 

Sam received his Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Wayne State University.  He received his bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management (HRI) from Michigan State University (MSU) and Accounting at Eastern Michigan University (EMU).  In addition to being a CPA, Sam is also a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) which is a nationally recognized certification in healthcare accounting and finance by HealthCare Financial Management Association (HFMA).  He is also a member of Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
